By far the most popular method of communication
on the Net is E-Mail, and so it is only natural that the most popular method
of dream sharing is also via e-mail. |

|
|
|
|
Dream
groups simply erupt spontaneously from two or more people's desire to share
dreams. Often these people meet offline, but usually they meet online on
a Usenet Newsgroup, a chat room or through other dream groups. Also, people
will post on the dream sharing e-zine (electronic magazine) Electric
Dreams or post to a message board that is related to dreams found around
the net (See WEB SITES ON DREAMS for links). |

Some email groups have become formalized and
are now Mail Lists, which include Listserv's, Majordomo's and other automated
subscription and distribution services. |
